Everyone knows that a growing boy needs to eat three square meals a day so that he can grow big and strong … we also know that breakfast is regarded as the most important meal of the day … which is why I’m very pleased to know that Shia LaBeouf is taking his nutrition seriously and is eating properly. Here are a couple pics of Shia making his way out of corner grocery store in Hollywood this weekend with a couple boxes of healthy cereal:

You see, Shia isn’t interested in eating overly sugar-coated junk cereal like Lucky Charms (like I am) and he’s not interested in cereals that come packaged with toy surprises (like I am, sometimes throwing away entire boxes of cereal just for a crappy plastic toy) so we can rest assured that he is well on his way to growing up to be a big strapping man … some day. You da man, Shia, you da man.

New Hollywood “It” Girl and Gossip Girl star Blake Lively turns 21 years old today … and the poor thing had to go to work anyways. At least she knows how to enter full, legal adulthood with style … check out these amazing photos of Blake lookin’ utterly faboo backstage on the NYC set of Gossip Girl today, on her 21st birthday:

I’m sure there are many things that one would rather be doing on their birthday other than having to work but when you are one of the principal stars of one of the nation’s hot new teen dramas, well, I guess you really have no choice. Happy 21st Birthday, Blake! Now get back to work.

Dexter co-stars Michael C. Hall and Jennifer Carpenter, who play brother and sister Dexter and Deb Morgan on screen, appear to still be very much an item as the two were spotted out and about enjoying an intimate afternoon of grocery shopping … take a look:

The first time that we saw these two out in public together (ie. together together) was late last year when the couple were first spied out on a date together. While I *still* find it creepy that these on-screen sibs are dating in real life (because I have a problem separating reality from TV) I think they look good together. I understand, by way of a little bird in the know, that they are very happy together and I guess that is all that matters. New eps of Dexter premiere on Showtime on September 28 … so, woot!

Mandy Moore was snapped making her way thru LAX Airport yesterday afternoon and she was spotted in the company of a mysterious new dude … which of course leads to speculation about whether or not the two are dating. You may recall that Mandy Moore and her rocker ex-boyfriend Ryan Adams broke up in early July … you may also recall that Ryan posted a mysterious message on his official website a couple of weeks ago that seemed to be meant for Mandy. Could it be possible that Mandy has moved on and found a new dude to keep her company these days?

Now, of course this new friend could just be a new friend who happened to be traveling with Miss Moore but he’s a cutie … I can see how she might go for a dude like this. Irregardless of what is really doing on with these two, I hope that Mandy is truly happy. She’s a doll, she deserves to beeee happy!

Well Detroit, I’m home again. I arrived very last last night without any travel delays to really speak of and my dear BFF Sarah was there to pick me up from the airport. I got to spend some time with my folks this morning (we lunched together) and I already feel at home again. Tonight Sarah and I are making our way to Toledo, OH for the NIN show and the rest of the week is already booked up. I’ve got dates with Tracey & Zakiya, Erik, Sarah & Mark and hopefully a few more folks … bizzy, bizzy, bizzy.

It’s great to be home again, I’m very much looking forward to a great week ahead :)
