A couple of weeks ago we learned that Ryan Gosling is in a band called Dead Man’s Bones with his BFF Zach Shields when a couple of “promo” pics of the band were posted to the band’s official My Space profile. At the time, I wasn’t sure what sort of music the band produced as the My Space page was totally devoid of music and information. Today we get to see the first music video from the band for their song titled In The Room Where You Sleep … here are a few screencaps from the vid:

Dead Man’s Bones collaborated with The Silver Lake Conservatory of Music Children’s Choir, who appear in the vid, for this first single. It’s deffo a sound that I wouldn’t expect from Ryan Gosling … and I had no idea that he could play the piano so well. Sigh … it reminds me of The Notebook. Did y’all know that Ryan Gosling has his own band? Did you know that band is made up of only two guys (Ryan and bandmate Zack Shields)? Did you know the band is called Dead Man’s Bones? Well, now you do. Here are a couple of promo pics of Dead Man’s Bones that have been posted to the band’s official My Space profile:

According to the profile page, the band describes their music as “Gothic / Gospel / Showtunes” lists the band as “unsigned” and promises “someday we’ll make an album”. Um. Yeah, I don’t even care about any of that … I’d just love to see Ryan Gosling all hot and sweaty up on a stage somewhere either singing, or playing or dancing around — whatever it is that his forté in the band may be. Unfortch, the My Space page offers no music or any other pertinent information beyond these pics and these highlights. I’m not entirely sure this band is a real thing or not but … it sounds fun nonetheless. Any guess as to which guy in these photos is which? We might need a pecs expert to weigh in.

Sad, sad news today … word has it that Rachel McAdams and Ryan Gosling have decided to call it quits AGAIN after rekindling their romantic relationship (after their last break-up) over the summer. The world cheered the reunion of McGosling when the first pics of the couple re-canoodling made their way to the Internets back in August but, according to a new report, their reunification is no more. They are, reportedly, dunzo, y’all:

RYAN GOSLING and RACHEL McADAMS’ on-off romance is off again, just four months after they sealed their reunion with a public kiss. The pair began dating first time around after meeting on the set of 2004 movie The Notebook. They split in 2007, but reconciled in July (08) and were soon spotted smooching at a restaurant in Toronto, Canada. But friends claim the relationship has hit the rocks again. A source tells Us Weekly, “Rachel is too controlling. They broke up the first time because of their busy schedules - and that’s the problem again.”

Boo! The only comfort I can take in any of this is that we’ve yet to hear official confirmation of their dunzoness from the couple themselves. “A source” doesn’t necessarily instill much confidence in me but … with these sorts of things, you never know until … well … you know. Because the couple were so secretive about their reunion, I can see how they may be just as secretive if they have, in fact, broken up. I think I speak for THE WORLD when I say it would be a terrible shame if the couple have really called it quits. To me, they make the cutest, most perfectest couple in Hollywood … they seem so well-suited for each other. Now, I may be basing that assessment mostly on their interaction in the movie The Notebook but still … I wanna believe that McGosling can live happily ever after. Here’s hoping this report turns out to be completely false.

Angelina Jolie, that sneaky mama, somehow managed to elude detection and clandestinely make her way here to LA to make a surprise appearance at the 12th Annual Hollywood Film Festival Awards Gala, which was held at the Beverly Hills Hilton hotel last night, especially to pay tribute and honor her Changeling director Clint Eastwood. There were a lot of other sexy beyotches at last night’s affair but Angelina deffo stole the show. Here are a few pics from the red carpet arrivals and gala itself:

She may be the most photographed woman in the world. But even Angelina Jolie can fly under the radar. The actress – who recently returned from a humanitarian mission in Afghanistan – made a surprise appearance at Monday night’s Hollywood Film Festival Awards Gala, where she payed tribute to director Clint Eastwood. In fact, Jolie’s appearance was so unexpected, the A-list crowd gasped audibly when she was introduced. The mother-of-six took time out of her busy schedule to present Eastwood – who helmed her most recent move, The Changeling – with the director of the year award. “There are some people in this business that are icons, and we often wonder if, when we meet them, they’ll live up to what we imagine them to be,” she told the audience. “And Clint Eastwood in person is even better. Clint is what every great director should be,” she continued. “He is a great leader. And I certainly would follow him anywhere.” … As he accepted the honor, Eastwood noted, “Working with someone like Angelina Jolie is a great privilege, because you get to look on that gorgeous beauty every day. And she’s a great talent.” The two walked arm-in-arm from the stage. Then Jolie, wearing a floor-sweeping black gown and minimal makeup, slipped out of the event as stealthily as she’d arrived.

It’s unclear if Angelina flew to the States unaccompanied by any of her family members (who were last seen in Germany where daddy Brad Pitt is bizzy working on a new Tarantino film) but my guess is that she’s prolly already back with her family by now. Clint Eastwood wasn’t the only actor who was honored at last night’s gala event … Dustin Hoffman was presented with the Hollywood Career Achievement Award, Josh Brolin was presented with the Hollywood Actor of the Year Award and Kristin Scott Thomas took home the Hollywood Actress of the Year Award. I believe that Ryan Gosling was on hand to present Hoffman with his trophy but I, personally, would be much more excited about having Mr. Gosling doing the presenting rather than the award itself. Christian Bale, Robert Pattinson … the Hollywood Film Festival Gala brought out all the hotties. Sounds like it was a fun event.

Woooooot! Woooooot! Check out these amazing new photos of Rachel McAdams and Ryan Gosling happily and openly showing their lurve for one another again … seriously, I’m dying right now. There has been rumor, conjecture and a few reports that McGosling have gotten back together but it wasn’t until I came upon these AWESOME photos of the pair kissing, so lovingly together, at an eatery in Toronto, Canada (near her home) yesterday afternoon that I really, honestly believed the reports:

For a couple who broke up more than a year ago, Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams are spending an awful lot of time together. The Canadian-born pair went to dinner Monday with a couple of friends in Toronto at Grace restaurant. Gosling, 27, and McAdams, 31, began dating shortly after wrapping the romantic 2004 film The Notebook. They split in mid-2007. While reps are staying tight-lipped on the state of Gosling and McAdams’s relationship, the couple reportedly held hands during the meal, according to a Canadian gossip Web site. The pair started hanging out again in July when McAdams turned up to watch Gosling make his DJ debut at Hollywood hotspot Green Door lounge. “They talked when he was away from the deejay stand,” says a friend. “They really looked like good pals. He seemed happy to see her.”

These pics were taken one day after this People magazine report (the report came out Wed. these pics were taken Thurs.) … I guess they’re ready to show the world that they are, indeed, in love and back together. Seeing Rachel and Ryan together again makes me so happy … and I don’t even know why exactly. They just seem so right for one another. This is deffo the best news ever!

Well, well, well … it’s been about a year and a few months since the AMAZING COUPLE made up of Rachel McAdams and Ryan Gosling (collectively known as McGosling) broke up and now it appears that the couple may be getting back together — well, okay, that might be a bit of a stretch to say but they are friendly and were hanging out very coupleylike this week. Ryan made his debut as a DJ in Hollywood and Rachel came out to support him … and possibly get back in his pants ;) Here is a pic of the couple as they exited the Green Door nightclub in Hollywood Tuesday night where DJ Ryan was spinning:

Ryan Gosling made his deejay debut Tuesday night at Green Door lounge in Hollywood, with a surprising guest in the crowd – his ex-girlfriend Rachel McAdams. Arriving at 9 p.m., the actor settled into what is said to be a weekly gig at the lounge’s Tuesday jazz night. McAdams arrived later “supporting Ryan,” says a Gosling pal. “They talked when he was away from the deejay stand,” says the friend. “They really looked like good pals. He seemed happy to see her.” For Gosling, deejaying is “a pretty new thing for him,” says the friend. “He’s been messing around. He’s really into music, and he’s a fan of the night – and here he is.” Spinning tunes from the ’40s and ’50s, Gosling, 27, was dressed from the era, sporting a white T, black pants and motorcycle jacket.

OMG, they are SO back together! Or, at least, they are SO doing it again! Hee hee … okay, it may be wishful thinking but I think it was really dope of Rachel to come out to support her ex-beau … perhaps in the hopes of making him her beau once again. I’m pulling for the reunification of McGosling … they made a great couple once, they can make a great couple again :)
