Vicki B. and her youngest child Cruz Beckham ventured out into Beverly Hills, CA yesterday to do a bit of shopping together. As you can see in the pics, Cruz thought it would be a hoot to dress up as Robin (sidekick to Batman — complete with fake muscles) to compliment his mother’s entirely black ensemble … behold:

Seriously, isn’t he the cutest little guy ever? Cruz has an affinity for dressing up in superhero costumes (you may recall that he dressed up as a Power Ranger at his older brother Romeo’s 6th birthday party in September) which I think is adorable. I bet he has a bunch of them hanging up in his closet and gets to wear them whenever he wants. Despite the fact that VB looks like an unfeeling automaton, I suspect she is a really nurturing mother (well, I’m guessing) and that her children are very happy. Sooo cute!

Vicki B, newly returned to SoCal from a quick trip to London, England, and her youngest son Cruz Beckham were spied doing a bit of shopping at The Grove here in LA yesterday afternoon … clearly the littlest Beckham is already ready for Xmas to come … here are a few pics of VB and “Santa” Cruz at the outdoor mall yesterday:

Blah! While I can’t fault the little guy’s excitement for the Xmas holiday to get here, I’m a bit grossed out at all the early Xmas decorations and preparations that have already sprung up around SoCal — since before Halloween! I kid you not, Target was already selling Xmas decorations even before Halloween took place. Ugh! The Grove is no exception, they’ve already erected their Santa Claus house there. With economic times being as tough as they have been lately, I doubt anyone really wants to be reminded that they have to get started on their Xmas shopping this year. While the children of celebs have nothing to worry about this coming Xmas season, I fear the same cannot be said for most people this year :( At least the Beckham boys are sure to have a Merry Xmas this year and that’s all that matters, right?

When last we saw Vicki B. she was uncharacteristically huddling in the backseat of a common taxicab after a long night of partying with her friends in London … today, we learn that VB has already returned back home to the US and was spied (pun intended) making her way thru LAX Airport this weekend covered from head to toe in a secret agent-like ensemble:

Perhaps VB is trying to make the gumshoe look the new thing in LA or mebbe she’s just ashamed that the world caught her using regular people transportation in London but in any event, Vicki B. is home, LA, home and prolly very happy to be back with her family. Who knows when next Agent Posh will be called up to service by the British Secret Intelligence Service again … until then, she’ll be in SoCal … right here waiting.

It appears that Victoria Beckham, who has made her way to the UK this week for reasons that are unknown to me, may have come upon hard times as of late. For some strange reason, VB was snapped lowering herself to the point of having to get home from Cipriani restaurant … in a common taxicab … after dining in the Mayfair district of London last night:

Could it be that Vicki B’s animatronic central processing unit was malfunctioning, erroneously thinking that this taxi was, in fact, her chauffeured limousine? I don’t know that I’ve ever even heard of VB deigning to be seen using public transportation ever since she hit the jackpot by marrying David Beckham. Could these hard economic times be affecting even the great Posh Spice? What will her famous friends back in LA say?

David Beckham, who we learned earlier today is now officially signed up to play professional soccer for AC Milan in the MLS off-season next year, took his family to a pumpkin patch here in SoCal yesterday so that they could pick out the perfect pumpkins to carve into Jack-o-Lanterns this Halloween season. As you can tell by Becks’s attire, it’s been hot here in SoCal despite the time of year:

Seriously, the man can make even a trashy tank-top like this look really sexy. I’m not sure if we’ll get to see any of the Beckham bunch dressed in their Halloween costumes but I’m sure Becks and VB have got fun plans for their kids tonight. I gotta say, I’m really gonna miss having Becks here in SoCal for the couple of months he’ll be away in Milan, Italy so I’m just gonna have to enjoy him while we still got him.

Following in the very successful footsteps of her hottie hubby, Vicki B. has reportedly signed a deal to appear in the new ad campaign for Emporio Armani Women’s Underwear early next year. As all y’all are well aware, David Beckham appeared in the last two Emporio Armani Men’s Underwear campaigns … to much fanfare. Now, Armani wants to team up with VB to try and emulate that success in the women’s underwear market. Les Beckhams appeared in a steamy photospread in W magazine (shot by Steven Klein) last year which is prolly where Armani got the idea to feature Becks in their undies … let’s take a look back at a couple pics from that spread that might give us a hint at what VB’s new campaign might look like:

Armani said today that designer and former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham will appear in the worldwide advertising campaign for Emporio Armani Women’s Underwear. The Beckham ads — shot by by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott — will be unveiled for the spring/summer 2009 season. “Who better than Victoria Beckham to launch our new global Emporio Armani underwear campaign?” Giorgio Armani said. “Victoria is a style icon, a dynamic lady whose influence and recognition will add great excitement to the continued international growth of our Emporio Armani women’s underwear business.” Armani is no stranger to the power of the Beckhams. The designer already managed to stop traffic with steamy Emporio Armani underwear ads featuring David Beckham.

Brilliant idea! I mean … I’m not all that geeked to see more pics of VB in her undies but I think it’s a brilliant idea for Armani to use her in their new campaign. I hope that Becks will also be resigning to appear in ads next year as well … I think it’s safe to say that pretty much everyone on planet Earth is hoping there will be more photos of Becks stuffed into his undies to come. Woot!
