Barcelona is a place of amazing grandeur and beauty. While this place finds its way in a number of people’s bucket list, not many people know how to enjoy the private tours in beautiful Barcelona. Gaudi’s Emblematic Temple is one of the must visits while in Barcelona. It goes without saying that your trip is incomplete if you don’t at least visit the vicinity of the place. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is a Catholic Church. Its construction started in 1882 and is believed to end in 2026. Quite a ride, isn’t it? Entering the church can be a tough nut if you don’t have the tickets booked beforehand, so ensure to keep that checked out as well. The queues are pretty long and time-consuming, so come prepared for that as well.

Gothic Quarter

Not many pay close attention to this but visiting the Gothic Quarter is yet another one of the must do while you are in Barcelona. The place is located in the center of the Old City of Barcelona overlooking a beautiful view. The surroundings are littered with romantic streets and beautiful experiences that you would be a fool to miss out on. Carrer del Bisbe is possible the most popular street around the place. Make sure to explore the small nooks and cranny of the place to not miss out on any of the gems around.

Felip Neri Square

If you want to enjoy some alone time and walk around the place in a melancholic atmosphere. Often times, people who visit and explore this place around in their week of being in Barcelona have shared that the peace and just sitting there looking at the passerby is quite interesting on its own. You may even find a number of street artists playing around the streets which is an added bonus. If nothing catches your attention, just sit by the fountain and enjoy the vibes.

Picasso Museum

The museum is not everyone’s cup of tea but while you are in Barcelona, make sure that you do visit the Picasso Museum without any fail whatsoever. The place is like a small walk down the memory lane of what Picasso is and stands for. It holds memories of the school where he studied along with the Academy of fine arts. It also has sections depicting the places where he met his friends and enjoyed his youth. Additionally, the Avignon Brothel is the section which explains the place where Picasso drew inspiration for his masterpiece, Las Meninas.

Visit Montserrat

If you want to make the most of your trip, a visit to Montserrat is a must do without a speck of doubt. This beautiful spot might not seem a whole lot of extensive but offers amazing things to do and experience there. Board an FGC train and even experience the tranquillity and peace of the monastery there. If you want to discover Montserrat on a day trip, there are a number of activities that you can indulge in.
